Mark as Useful robo call, said contacting all account holders about upcoming increase in cc interest rates. said to press 9 to talk to a rep. pressed 9, got a rep asking me if i wanted to take advantage of a lower interest rate on cc balances. asked to be removed from their call list and she hung up.
